★ TERMS OF SERVICE ★

Hi, thank you for your interest in my work!
By commissioning me, you declare that you have read and agree to the following terms:

★ General ★∙ You must be over 18 years old to commission me.∙ My art is for personal use only. Commercial use without permission is prohibited.∙ Do not claim my art as your own.∙ Do not modify my art without permission.∙ Do not use my art for AI training or NFTs in any circumstances.∙ Do not trace, copy or sell my work.∙ I retain all rights to publish WIPs through the work process and to share the completed commissions on my social medias. If you prefer your commission to remain private, please contact me.

★ Commissions ★∙ Always consider checking the waitlist for updates on the status of your order. If the waitlist is full, this may result in a longer estimated start and delivery time.∙ A clear communication is what ensures quality work, so please provide clear descriptions and as many visual references as possible.∙ If you are unsure about what you wish for your commission, I'll sketch 2-4 thumbnails so you can choose the one that best alignes with your vision.∙ I reserve the right to refuse the commission for any reason.∙ My working hours and availability are from Monday to Friday. Unless it's really urgent, I will not reply to DMs on weekends.∙ I am an artist who works at a slow pace, so please be patient and respectful.∙ You can freely repost the artwork on your social media and personal galleries as long as you give me proper credit.∙ The client is free to contact me via whichever platform they prefer.

★ Workflow ★∙ You will be notified of the start of your commission once I finish the sketch.∙ My drawing process consists of 3 stages: Rough Sketch › Refined Sketch › Coloring. I will provide updates through each stage.∙ Revisions are encouraged and will be required at every stage to guarantee that the final work meets the client's expectations.∙ If the client takes too long to provide feedback, the commission will be put on hold, so please stay in touch.∙ Major changes can be requested by the client before the start of coloring stage, free of charges.∙ In total, 3 revisions are accepted for free once the sketch is approved. For major revisions at the coloring stage or the finished artwork, a fee will be charged accordingly.∙ The estimated delivery time is around a week to a month, which may vary depending on the complexity of the order.∙ The final artwork will be delivered in .png format via email.∙ In the case of any occurrence that significantly delays the commission's progress, the client will be properly informed, as well as a note will be added on Trello.

★ Payment ★∙ Payments can be made via PayPal or PIX.∙ Payments can be made in full after the commission details have been arranged, or 50% upfront and 50% during the final process.∙ For transactions made through PayPal, an 8% fee will be added to the final price to cover the platform's fees.∙ Commissions may be subjected to a price increase depending on the complexity of the character/piece.∙ If you request a shorter delivery time, a priority fee of 35% of the commission value will be charged. Your order will be started immediately, having full priority over any other commissions.

★ Refunds & Cancellation ★∙ A full refund will be issued if I am unable to continue the commission due to unforeseeable circumstances.∙ 50% of the full price will be refunded if the commission is canceled during the sketch refining stage. No refunds will be provided if the cancellation is requested during the coloring stage or after the artwork is finished.∙ In case of disrespect or harassment, I will reserve the right to cancel your commission immediately without refunds.

Any violation of these terms will result in the client being blacklisted from future commissions.
